APPOINTMENTS:
At River Street Dental, we make every effort to accommodate the various scheduling needs of each patient. We realize that your time is valuable, and we respect it. You can expect to be seen on-time during an appointment time that works for you! If it's an emergency, most are seen for a triage appointment the same day!
 

INSURANCE:
Due to insurance being a contract between yourself and your insurance provider, we ask that you contact your insurance company to see how your benefits will work at River Street Dental. Our office team has many years of dental insurance experience and is happy to assist you with questions to ask and provisions to watch for.

River Street Dental will submit your dental claim for you and then in most cases your dental insurance will send you payment for services to your home address.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Payment is due at time of service. We offer a 5% courtesy discount for paying with cash or check at the time of service and we offer a courtesy discount of 2% for payment at the time of service with a credit card.

It is your responsibility to discuss with River Street Dental if you are not able to pay in full the day of service. Options include a 3 month payment plan with a credit card on file, Care Credit financing (CareCredit.com) or setting up your own Health Savings Account.

FINANCING OPTIONS:
