Dr. Carroll's sons, Bryce and Joshua, have completed their Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degrees at the University of Iowa in June of 2026, and will be joining the practice on September 1, 2026.
4th Year Dental Student
Bryce enjoys learning about dentistry and working with his father, Christopher Carroll, brother, Joshua Carroll, and sister, Mariah Cox at River Street Dental. Bryce completed Dental School at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, graduating on June 4, 2026 with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. He will be joining River Street Dental on September 1, 2026. Both Bryce and his brother Joshua have worked at River Street Dental during school breaks.
Bryce is always smiling and his fun personality puts patients at ease. Bryce is a sports fan and enjoys spending time with his family and friends, especially his wife Brooke and his daughter.
4th Year Dental Student
Joshua has worked at River Street Dental during summer breaks while attending college. He enjoys working with his father, Christopher Carroll, brother, Bryce Carroll, and sister, Mariah Cox at River Street Dental. Joshua completed Dental School at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, graduating on June 4, 2026 with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. He will be joining River Street Dental on September 1, 2026.
Joshua can bring a smile to anyone's face with his infectious personality and fun loving spirit. Joshua is a sports fan and enjoys spending time with his family and friends, especially his wife Ari and his son.

Jaime is from Butternut, Wisconsin, and she graduated from Northcentral Technical College in 2013 with a degree in Dental Hygiene. As soon as she joined our team, she was being requested by many patients due to her gentle cleaning techniques and warm personality.
Jaime is very kind and friendly and does an excellent job of making the patient's teeth bright and clean again. We appreciate her hard work and willingness to help out whenever and wherever needed!
When Jaime is not in the office she enjoys spending time with her family, hunting, fishing, camping, kayaking, and pretty much anything else outdoors. Jaime is married and she and her husband live in Spooner.

Mariah graduated from Argosy University, Twin Cities with a degree in dental hygiene. She loves being able to work with her family as Dr. Carroll is her father and her brothers are Joshua and Bryce Carroll.
Mariah's huge smile and laugh are welcomed additions to our office and your cleaning appointment.
In her free time, she enjoys going to the lake with her family. Mariah is married to Alex and they live in Spooner with their son and their two daughters. With being a busy mom you will see Mariah filling in from time to time at River Street Dental.

Crystal grew up on a farm in Iowa and after high school attended the University of South Dakota. She obtained her Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene in the spring of 2008. While she started working as a hygienist in private practice, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in December of 2008. She since has had the opportunity to work in general practice, a pediatric office, and a periodontal office.
Crystal comes to River Street Dental with experience and knowledge of all different avenues of dental hygiene. Crystal brings her passion for all things dental hygiene to every patient she treats. She is looking forward to becoming an advocate for each patient's dental health here at River Street Dental.
When not working, you could find Crystal out in the garden or hanging out with her husband and 4 boys.

Brittany moved to Spooner 15 years ago after graduating with a degree in cosmetology. She found transitioning to the dental field was easy with the helpful, kind team at River Street Dental.
Brittany is compassionate and able to put her patients at ease, which allows them to have a fantastic and positive dental experience.
In her spare time, Brittany loves being on the lake with her family and friends, shopping with her three girls, playing volleyball, and DIY projects.

Jess graduated with a degree in Paralegal studies and worked in the law field for three years before joining River Street Dental. She is loving the change in careers because she gets to work with patients directly.
Jess has a heart for people and her calm and quiet demeanor will relax even the most anxious person.
Jess is married and has four beautiful children. Jess enjoys spending time with family, fishing, and spending as much time as she can outdoors.

Abby moved to Spooner in 2017 after spending most of her life in Ashland, Wisconsin where she was born and raised. She worked in many customer service and receptionist positions before her job at River Street Dental. She found that the transition into dentistry was a great opportunity to explore something new and exciting.
Abby brings great energy to the office, providing the team with strong leadership in sterilization procedures and tasks, as well as caring for each patient personally as a dental assistant. Her ability to take on new challenges has furthered her education and experience in many aspects of the dental office.
Outside of work, Abby enjoys spending time with her friends and family, along with her three cats who bring such joy and comfort to her life.

Molly is a recent graduate of Spooner High School. She joined our team part time while she was still in high school and has now transitioned to full-time Sterilization Technician.
Molly enjoys the family atmosphere that River Street Dental offers, and when you see her around the office, give her a hi!
When Molly is not at work she enjoys fishing, hunting, and hanging out with family on the lake. She also loves to be at home with her five cats!

Our front office team handles scheduling, insurance, and finances — and they're experts at making the paperwork side of dentistry painless.

Shelley has been a part of the Spooner community for many years and came to River Street Dental to continue her excellent customer service skills.
Shelley brings a friendly face and kind demeanor to our front office team. She is always smiling and ready to greet you and take care of your needs.
Outside the office, you can find Shelley and her husband Larry walking their dog and taking photographs. Shelley also enjoys spending time with her two adult sons and 3 grandchildren.

Linda recently relocated to Spooner from Eau Claire. She has 20 years of dental experience and is very glad to have joined the team at River Street Dental.
Linda is such a fun member to have on our team. Her joyful personality and kind spirit help everyone feel comfortable, and her help in the office with insurance is greatly appreciated.
Linda has 3 grown children — Kimm, Rich, and Steph — as well as 6 grandchildren — Kyrah, Maddy, Abby, Elly, Breanna, and Kyle — and one great-granddaughter. When she is not working, Linda enjoys time with her family and friends, knitting, crocheting, and of course, watching the Badgers and Packers.

Jaimée was born and raised in Hayward, Wisconsin and has been living in Spooner since 2010. She has 25+ years of experience in the food and bar industry along with owning her own restaurant for many years. Jaimée also actively volunteers at local community events.
Jaimée has brought her extensive customer service experience to River Street Dental. She exudes personal service and will go the extra mile to make your visit easy from the paperwork to checkout.
Mark and Jaimée love spending time with their daughter Maryn, family, and friends. In their spare time they enjoy being outdoors having campfires and cookouts, golfing, snowmobiling, and being on the water.

Registered Dental Hygienist
Carrie graduated from Normandale Community College in 1991 with a degree in Dental Hygiene, and came to join the River Street Dental team in January of 2015. She admires how everyone here is committed to serving our patients with comfort from patient care to insurance submission and finances.
Carrie has been an enormous blessing to our practice. We have seen amazing growth in every area of our office because of her admirable management skills, and her positive, can-do attitude.
Carrie moved to the area in 2014 and enjoys the small-town feel and getting to know all of her neighbors. She is married with two sons and has a Chesapeake Bay Retriever that loves to hunt. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her extended family, mountain snowmobiling, volunteering, and hockey.
