River Street Dental is located across from Circle K on Hwy 63 (River Street) on the north end of Spooner. We're easy to get to from Shell Lake, Hayward, Rice Lake, Minong, and all of Northwest Wisconsin.
Appointment Policy
River Street Dental reserves dedicated appointment times for each patient. Here's how we confirm, cancel, and run on time — together.
Confirmation
After you schedule, we'll contact you by email, text, or phone. Please confirm at least one business day in advance by:
Unconfirmed appointment times may be released to other patients.
Cancellations
Life happens — we get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice so we can offer your time to another patient who needs care.
Please Note
Cancellations without 48 hours' notice may be subject to an $85 cancellation fee.
Your Time Matters
We know your schedule is busy and your time is valuable. If you've waited more than 10 minutes past your reserved appointment time, please flag it with one of our receptionists so we can assist you promptly.
We'd rather know than have you wait in silence.
